Following our consultation, you'll settle into the comfort of an **anti-gravity chair** inside the Ellipse for a **50-minute session**. For the first 40 minutes, immerse yourself in an enchanting symphony of music, coupled with colors and light. The session concludes with a **10-minute period of silent contemplation**, allowing you to integrate and reflect on the experience while still enveloped in a soothing chromatic ambiance. When you're ready to emerge from the Egg, we provide **electrolyte-infused water** to help you rehydrate and ground yourself.
